Regular License vs the Extended License?
The main difference is that under the Regular License, your end product (incorporating the item you’ve licensed) is distributed for free, whereas under the Extended License your end product may be sold.
How long is the support and update period?
The default support period is 6 months, the support period is calculated after your successful purchase. And you can also purchase the default support of 12 months or renew support if the support period expired.
Product updates will be lifetime. Whenever you want you can get the latest update at get update
Free trail version?
We do not currently offer a free or trial version to use for testing. We have provided a full-featured demo of the product you can get it now
What is the refund policy?
If you are experiencing a technical issue with the item we recommend that you contact with us of that item and seek assistance. get help

Can I use the license for multiple stores?
Sorry, cannot use one license for multiple stores (websites). Each license can only be used and activated on 1 store(website).
If you want to use Lumise on multiple stores(website), you will have to purchase additional licenses for each store where you want to use Lumise product desinger tool.
